Pacafiestas sale is a private auction between buyers and sellers.
Animals entered into the sale are each given a full page in the high quality full colour sale catalogue which is mailed to 2500 alpaca breeders across North America and posted on the web site.
At the grounds during the weekend of the event the animals are given free pens and bedding in a prominent position next to the show ring.
Cathy Merkley IAJS, AOBA judge will be present to aid new comers to the industry and represent sellers who are not present.
A parade of the sale animals in the show ring will take place both on Saturday and Sunday.
Telephone hotlines will be in place for those wishing to bid from afar.
Buyers may place bids with the sales desk.
Sellers may decide whether to accept the bid or not and have until 12 noon on Sunday to do so enabling them to accept higher bids.
The sale closes at 12 noon on Sunday the 28th of September.

For those wishing to enter an animal in the sale but not wishing to drive it across the country we offer distance selling. These sellers will be given space at the grounds to set up displays of photographs and other pertinent information on the animal in question.
Easels etc. can be supplied upon request.

We are open to submissions until May 31st 2008.
The Sale catalogue will arrive in mailboxes by July 18th 2008.
